I had a problem with fuel cover scraping the paint so yesterday I made an appointment with with Dueck Richmond. Scheduled for today at 9:15. The Service Advisor and the Service Manager took a look at the problem and we discussed a few options: (the service tech joined us) 1) order new cover 2) removing cover and adjusting and then sending car to body shop for paint 3) removing and modifying cover and the using a touch up pen to fill in the pinpoint hole.
It was a very small paint chip so opted 3. Car went in about 10 and out perfect at 2. In the meantime they also did a recall transmission update and scanned for any codes.
I highly recommend Dueck Richmond to anyone in Greater Vancouver .
