Hey everybody. I'm taking a little drive west after supper and will be using the Glympse App this time. SN-III and I have her figured out now. So,if anyone's interested,please follow me and I welcome your comments as always,both good or bad. Not sure where I'll end up. More than likely Banff or LL.

You can swipe a circle thing Graham that gives you up to 12 hrs of being visible. I had Spence track me from his place to mine. It's pretty cool. A few guys used it on the LL cruise I believe but lost the signal west of Rocky Mountain House. Banff and LL should still have a full signal.

I found Glympse as a pretty cool tool on the iPhone and for this website folks! 
Watched MikeysZ06 via my iPhone and my Computer while I did a late night work session (so I wasn't really just fixated on Mike travelling across my screen).
I received text messages from Mike at certain times and they were pretty much right from where he was located.
A few photos came to me from Mike
too and I knew where he was when he took them 
.
It's a rather awesome tool that I am going to now go forward with creating a second Glympse Group for my family to use when we are enroute to gather together.
It will save a lot of "where are you now" texts. Thank you Mike for the "test" on this run ...
(side note: saw news of a fiery fatal crash at Dead Mans Flats last night and I knew Mike was actually driving by the parked Semi on the side of the road an hour before it was struck by another Semi ...

Yup,had that Mickey Ds in Canmore been open,I might've come across this. I did see said parked semi and there were no reflective triangles or flares on the road,and pitch black through that area too. That's the second time now I've gone through that section of Hwy just before a fatal crash.
