What is involved when you buy a car in the states and want to get it in Canada?

tqrcr, it is a simple process as long as you follow exactly what RIV tells you to do on their web site. I would also encourage you to consider having it brought in by transport as they do all the work for you. I have done it both ways and it was worth the money to have no issues or worries at the border and or course the transport did an amazing job getting it to me. TFX is the company I used out of Toronto. They are the best.
