Might be selling above MSRP in Alberta but I haven’t heard of anyone in Ontario paying over list here on a new unit

They are getting those prices and more . That I know as a fact from two people and dealers here are up front $10K over MSRP - that was a year ago.

Yes. I am happy to have my car. Love it - amazing ride. What a machine - pleasure to drive. Can't wait to get her on the hwy. and drive to Kelowna to visit a friend. Still getting use to all the features bit by bit!

My point was you can't make a chart stating % above MSRP by how much people are asking for theirs cars, I'm quite aware how much C8's are selling for on the used market I sold my coupe for 25k above last year.

All a matter of perspective. The car may not be as expensive as a house, but I can tell you that if I had to buy a house in the GTA or Vancouver right now I would not be able to afford payments on a C8 along with the huge mortgage payments. I would have to hope my 2007 4Runner keeps going and going and going like the Energizer bunny!
