Turn signal repair

76 and prior used a single screw thru the base of the lever to the signal switch - but you need to remove the horn pad, steering wheel and any lock mechanism to access it. 77 and up used a spring loaded design that would pull out with a good yank. if that is the style, you may have enough of the broken lever to grip with a plier. If not, the column will need to come apart. The two columns are easily identified; 76 down is a round column, 77 up has an extra rectangular housing around the signal lever to accommodate the extra pivot needed for the column mounted dimmer.
