Does anyone have the Diablo or the Hypertech installed on their cars? Does it make a noticeable difference to performance levels?

Just get it dyno-tuned. Way better results IMO. then you don't need to worry about carting around random crap too.

You can do more harm than good with those hand held tuners , besides the only way to properly tune any car let alone a vette is with proper tuning software like EFi Live or HPtuner . Don't waste your money.
