Sorry another newbie question. About a week ago I got the “service tire monitor” on the screen with the pic of a tire on screen. Next time out after about 10 or so klms the message appeared again it stayed on then the message warning came on “R.R tire losing air” So I went home checked the tire pressure and it was perfect. So I replaced the R.R TPMS yesterday. Left the shop drove about 40 klm’s and the message appeared again “service tire monitor’ I checked the tire pressures on the screen and for the R.R tire it has XXXX no pressure listed. Let the car sit for an hour went back out and started it, checked the tire pressures on the screen and everything was perfect!

Is this a faulty TPMS Sensor? or is this another issue? Thanks for your input, much appreciated 👍
Stu.

Hi SSSN8KE
I suggest searching TPMS C6 Corvette reset on YouTube. Sounds to me like the replaced TPMS needs to be reset.
Interesting comment. I was there when he went through the pairing process. It was done exactly like on YouTube. Did all 4 tires. I guess it couldn’t hurt to pair them up again.
