I am talking from my previous experiences with insurance by making a claim every year for 3 years consecutive and none of them was my fault. Insurance are the biggest crooks. They are very fast at taking your money but when you need them, they make you pay even more indirectly after when you are label as a high risk driver.

First year: A monk rear ended me at a red light.

2nd year: Car was parked in the street and a drunk driver lost control and hit my car.

3rd year: Back window blew up in a hot summer (maybe from one of the previous accidents).

4th year: Insurance sent me a letter denying to insured me anymore.

Try calling every insurance companies and they will make you pay big time if you are labeled as a high risk driver. Lesson learned, only involve insurance for a very big claim and keep it under 2. Last time my wife scuff the back of her car in an underground parking lot and we just suck it up and pay from our own pocket to get it fix.
