I called many places and couldn't find the tire. Dealer gave me the part number, but couldn't get one. C.T. was looking, but I finally got a hold of someone at blackcircle.ca and he said there was none at any of his warehouses nor any at Michelin's warehouses. None in Canada! Since the other place said there was none I gave up and ordered from Tirerack.
Then I got a call from C.T. and they said there was 2 at one of there suppliers, but I bet they were the summer only ones. Anyway, the Tirerack ones are shipped. If anyone wants spares go to C.T. lol

Murray, Vert shipping is imminent... I already have aftermarket wheels and tires inbound. I will have a set of brand new all-season tires and standard 5-spoke silver rims available.
If my rim is bent at all I may just take you up on that. I can always get them powder coated. If I want.

I saw the video and it hurts! That pothole you ran over is part of road wear and and should be reported to the works dept in your region.
I would go there and personally complain. Looking at where it was , there is no way you could avoid this as its just where a car`s wheels would drive over. I bet a few other drivers would have the same mishap.
You might also have your dealer check the front aglinment

Sorry Murray about your car finding a nice pothole. I paid a visit to my worst one in 30+ years in Edmonton while driving home from work in the dark this past winter: it destroyed a front rim, the tire on it, plus the rear tire on that same side. I was just able to limp home before there was zero air in my front tire. Fortunately I had a tire/rim warranty. It looked after the one rim plus the tire on it that could no longer hold air and had a HUGE sidewall bubble. But better yet, the roadway in question was a main artery and looked after by the Province of Alberta even though it was within Edmonton's City limits. So a few emails later with attached photos, repair estimates and bills which set out the warranty coverage, and the adjusters for the Province cut me a cheque for the one remaining tire replacement. Actually, it wasn't the Province itself; but rather a contractor hired by the Province to look after all Provincial roads and I dealt with their insurance adjusters.

I mention this in case you have a similar recourse against the Province of Ontario. The roadway you're on looks to be a rural setting and likely the responsibility of the Province??

Then on another note, I've hit potholes within the City of Edmonton that have caused sidewall tire bulges which meant a new tire was needed, especially when dealing with high speed rated tires. There's a mechanism to make a claim with the City of Edmonton but I'm told they take different approach compared to the Province and supposedly only about one in ten claims are paid.

Whatever happens, if it's expensive enough you can make a claim against the responsible party, in "Small Claims Court" if they don't voluntarily pay. I say all this w/o knowing the law in Ontario but I suspect you'll have the right to make a claim. Good luck!

PS: I did turn up the volume but still couldn't make out what was said when you hit the pothole. Care to give us a quote? :)
