Hi everyone, I'm an avid gm fan and especially to the corvette. I have several corvettes currently and several other fast gm cars (1989 turbo trans am, 1999 anniversary trans am) most proud of the 1959 corvette 1/3 scale roadster I just finished for my daughter, she won her first car show trophy and is now a huge corvette fan.

Welcome to the forum. That is the kind of downsizing that we all would like. Lucky girl.

Thanks for the photo, what is it powered by?

Welcome to the forum Mike. Your C6 looks great but your daughters roadster really rocks....lol.... Thanks for posting some pics. We will look forward to more.

Welcome Mike.
More input please, can't wait for pics of your collection!
I cannot imagine it being an easy task with the decision to downsize ...

Love the father/daughter bond ... and when the Corvette Bug bites another legacy begins.

I bet it was a pleasure, What a kewl bonding for father and daughter, and a great way to introduce her to the world of the Corvette....

Forum rules need you to have 10 message posts before you can post a classified ad, so chat us up and you're welcome to post the C6 for sale here as well.... I still miss my C6.... lol....

By chance do you know Nathan (blue 1963 Grand Sport) from Cold Lake?. Haven't seen him on the forum since April or so not sure if he's still around or not...

Eric

Selling the C6 isn't a hard decision, I took the cover off a few days ago for the first time in two years. If I'm not enjoying it, I rather someone else drive it. (Someone that appreciates corvettes) plus I have a new project C1 with 56000 miles, in need of full restoration and a refreshing a C2

I saw the blue 1963 grand sport at last year's car show here in cold lake. Wasnt at this years show. Didn't have time to talk to him, had kids and fours cars with me. Rruuff day, if you want an as new C6 27000 km, I'd be giving a great deal as long as the car goes to a good home.

OK ... anticipation. With the C6 selling aside, this writer is getting buggy in his chair itching to see photos of this collection and projects ... if you are willing to share.

(with intent to get that 10 message mark too ... then OK for more about C6 ... ;))

Working on more pictures, unfortunately I only have room for three cars at my house. But I have a great friend with a shop 30km from town that offers me free heated storage in exchange for help with his mustangs (I'm I allowed to say mustang here? Lol) should be headed out there in the next week, I'll snap some photos

New to all this I hope it worked, happen to be in the garage at the house now. Sunny day and all

Welcome to the Forum, Mike.
Be interested in any build pics of the Daughters car. Looks like a neat project.

Yup ... the Sun shines for a reason ! Ahhhhhhh ... thank you!
The term "mustang" is OK, we have had a few and most recently an awesome fella "Toxix" has a transition story from one that many of us were blessed in knowing and sharing in.

(you can look back at the New User Threads of Toxix during the winter corvette downtime reading ... if there is such time for you)
