Hi guys, I gave a 1977 model year. I have rebuilt the front end completely, and have reused the original spindles, steering knuckles and caliper mounts. My problem is the distance between the center of outer tie rod and the rim on the driver's side is 2 inches, on the passenger side it is 1 1/4 inches. This as near as I can figure is in the steering knuckle itself.it seems off to me ,but the center of these cars are off to the right side. Is this a anomaly or is this the normal position of the tie rods.any and all answers would be greatly appreciated Thanks, Tom
