Three Years

It was three years ago today that we brought home our 2005 Corvette. Zero problems and a lot of enjoyment. No regrets at all. I have it all polished up and shiny because we are going to put on some miles tomorrow.

Terry and I have had the '06 for about 4 years without a hint of trouble either.

The new gizmo'd C7's would do well to keep up with our record.

Enjoy that beauty as often as you can....we are....they really are special.

A couple of years ago I had Manny install the stone guards behind each wheel and the Vararam that I bought from Colin. The Vararam intake fits so nicely that most people don't even notice that it isn't the factory piece. It's not some gaudy add on and it is the later version that eliminated the problems they had with the early design poor fit etc. Thanks Colin.

Mine has been trouble free for the three years of ownership now. But just across the line here I know a fellow with a 2000 Vette with 200,000 miles on it. In that time besides oil changes, brakes and tune ups the only repairs he has had is a door window motor and replacing a gear on one of his headlights. Another note worthy reliability testimonial for a C5.
