The time on my nav. doesn't show anything

Something is wrong with my nav system as it doesn't show anytime in the time slot, I had it programmed by the dealer and I. played the cd rom but the clock stays blank. anything you could offer in advice.

Sorry I’m not tech savvy enough to include the link to the video but If you Google C6 Navigation Clock not working there is a video by Paul Koerner. I used his method to fix my clock in 2020.

Answered - MISSING CLOCK ON C6 Nav Unit FIX::::
