New calipers are on order for my 79 corvette, so until they get there I’ve been working on the electrical system. When I went to put in new lights for the rear end of the car the directional flashers stopped working (even with a new relay) and the reverse lights don’t turn on. I’m thinking it’s a harness problem because the bulbs are brand new, any input would be great!

Cleaned the ground and they still didn’t work I’m going to probably pull out the whole harness and take a look at the wires, when I ratted the harness they turn on and off so must be that

If you are sure it isn't a ground issue, it likely is in the harness after all its almost 40 years old and they get brittle and worn.
