Surprise $1200 price increase??

I just happened to notice on Chevrolet.ca build and price 2023 Z06 starting price is now $127,103 vs. the starting price of my car built around April 18th of $125,903
Anyone else catch this?

My dealer said price increases were normal but wouldn't be excessive.

lol.... anyone paying $127k for a Z06 shouldn't be bitching too much about the price going up 1200 bucks....

I just took a look at the Chevrolet.ca build and price for 2023 Z06. My build HTC 3LZ with Rapid blue paint was $156,192 and is now $163,412

The price went up by $7,220 x 20% lux tax = $8,664 x 13% tax = $9,790.32

Total price: $163,412 + $2000 Excise tax (Green Levy) = 165,412 + $13,082.40 Lux tax = 178,494.40 x 13% HST = $201,698.67

The price went up by $7,220 x 20% lux tax = $8,664 x 13% tax = $9,790.32

Total price: $163,412 + $2000 Excise tax (Green Levy) = 165,412 + $13,082.40 Lux tax = 178,494.40 x 13% HST = $201,698.67

So much for the affordable sportscar for the blue collar worker

Yes it's less expensive then it's competitors but 200k for a mass produced car is up there

so I opened up the configurator on my MacBook and it showed the old price, then opened up configurator on my iMac and it showed the new price. Went line by line and discovered that the iMac configurator selected bunch of options that I didn't choose. Maybe a glitch or maybe I screwed up. Sorry for the confusion.

Look at the up side, the $9700 you just saved will buy a new iMac.

The price increase was last year and it's $1200 for the now mandatory 3 years of OnStar coverage.
It applies to all GM Vehicles.

we are at 130 197

Still ok considering the car your getting ... the way I configured mine ( no Im not getting one ) the price came out to over 200 k with all those nasty taxes and thats not even a Z07 package
