Styling changes coming in today and tomorrow

First of many styling tweaks have just hit the forum.

First change as you may have noticed is a dark navigation menu/bar (as opposed to the white one). I've also made the Forum/Media/Members drop-down menu easier to select/hover over to reveal some of the options.

If anything looks funky drop me a note.
