The stock C8 pulls about 440 hp on the dyno, which equates to about a 12% loss in hp from crank to the wheels. The C7, depending if it is auto or manual lost between 13% - 18%. It seems the C8 is more efficient in transmitting power to the wheels. Comments welcome.

I always used to use 12% for Dynojet. What dyno was it?

It was a Dynojet. LMR did the pulls as they were fabricating a new muffler for the C8, the torque was 423.

Take it from a mechanical Engineer Dyno numbers are just that numbers the dynamics that transfer the power to the road tell the real truth .Tires ability temp and fuel are what count but mostly Ability .
