The day started off sunny and warm but it got cool in a hurry. The main group met up on Highway 400 just north of Toronto headed off to Tottenham, Barrie and then met up with 10 or so of us "Northerners" in Orillia. We left there and headed for Webers for lunch. Great turnout of cars, about 30 or so, and after lunch we were off to Gravenhurst to search for the elusive butter tarts. Sadly none were found. The rain started and the group headed south for home.
Great to see Les and Karen of Allflash fame. Their Z06 really is a stunning piece of machinery. A couple of other C7 Z06's were on hand as well.
Fun day and it was really good to see everyone after a long winter. Met some new folks from the Lakeland Corvette Club. Hope I have this right but I believe they have about 40 cars in their club.
