The annual Spring CFCE Sherway Gardens GTG is on for tomorrow.
Due to construction at Sherway, the GTG has been moved to the AMC parking lot at the 400 & #7 (south East corner)
The event starts at 10:00 am and runs for a couple of hours.
There is usually an impromptu cruise after-wards.

With the beautiful weather forecast, we should get well over 100 Vette's in attendance.

Hope to see lots of you guys there.:canada:

So this was pretty darn awesome, and what a great bunch of guys and gals you all are.

I'm guessing there was around 40 cars there by the time I left, with more on the way I'm sure. Huge thanks to everyone for making me feel welcome, it was great meeting you all.:seeya:

Here's how the lot looked just before I left at 11:30.

See you at the next one. :canada:

David

That was a fun greet and meet.
Nice to finally meet up with Mark (Obseshon). Seems we are always at the same places but first time I think we actually met face to face. Also nice to meet you today also David. Glad to see you are out enjoying that new ride. And of course, Steve and Jim, seems like I just saw you two yesterday..... LOL .

Yes, a nice meet and a fun ride up and down the Hwy; something I don't do too often, that will get some of the carbon out. :)

Yes it was great fun and nice to see some awesome Corvettes
and to meet some really great people !

This Corvette hobby/passion is proving to be a lot of fun . I'm sure glad I let you guys talk me into buying this car ! ! :D:canada::seeya:

I took a few on a cruise to the forks but we got a little delayed when we came upon this scene.
IMG_1344.jpg

Don't know the story, but it involved a motorcyle and a car, both of which were towed away.

Parked on the side of the road waiting for the scene to clear up.

That's it from me. That's for organizing the GTG Romeo. Thanks to all that came out on the cruise.

Great pictures Stan. Thanks for sharing.
It was great to meet some new friends yesterday. Guys that I have chatted with on the forum, but never actually met.
The weather was excellent, even Willy was sporting his summer Gear.
Everyone had their Vettes polished up and ready for this long awaited season.

We were a bit surprised at the smallish turn out. Probably 50 cars at the high point of the day. But for those of us who attended, it was a fantastic start to the year.

Time for lots of "Miles with Smiles". :canada:
