Just returned from the Ron Fellows Performance Driving School... or Corvette Owners Class, as they refer to it..
I have nothing to add beyond the amazing testimonials and comments already posted on this site... except for this...

Attended the Aug 15-16 course...and at the end, when asked what we thought about the course, one of my co-attendees said " I thought I was a pretty good driver before I attended this course, but now, I realize how much better a driver I am now because of this course".

Sums it up. Informative, fun, hospitable, extremely knowledgeable team leaders, led in our case by Rick Malone, and Rocky.

This was one incredible experience.

Great write up Simpleman. I suspect there is a lot of truth in the statement of your fellow attendee.

It is a beautiful challenging place, I imagine it was pretty hot.

Thank you.

You know, it was 110 F, and yet you don't feel it. My wife watched the track sessions from the Corvette Control Tower, and the Vettes all have A/C of course.
There are some observation sessions...but lots of shaded areas to view from.

Probably the coolest thing that happened.... was that during the introductions, we actually said we were from Toronto, thinking that nobody would know where Mississauga was.
And then Rick Malone, the chief Instructor, says "Ron Fellows lives near Toronto, in a city called Mississauga".

Once we corrected our initial statement, it seemed as if we were now "cool" because we live in the same city as Ron.

Rick told us that if anybody ever crosses Ron Fellow's path, simply mention that you "took his course", and you will have his full attention.

I have two issues with Spring Mountain.
1- It's not local
2 - After attending, can't wait to go back again to do the next level

Planning next spring to go back for Level 2, was hoping this year but just haven't been able to fit it in.

Guessing you've done this sort of thing before... I was thinking of taking the 3 day Level 1 course.
(I'm reading on the U.S forum that a lot of people do that).
Not sure that I've had enough track time to do Level 2 next.
But good for you! Any time at Spring Mountain is awesome!
