So I went to the dealer today!

I walk through the door and there is a DSOM Z51 coupe sitting there in the sunshine. Now I think I might have to change from Torch Red to DSOM. That color looks incredible in sunlight! Was not a fan from the pictures I had seen online but in person, well I like it a lot. I have a few weeks to think about it. Also glad my order is already placed as the retail price for a Z51 went up by about $2500.00 I still have the option to readjust my order. A tough decision for me.

When I ordered the car the sales manager put in special instructions that I could change the options before build as the price was unknown at the time but I will have to ask .Not sure if I want to change anyways but that would be the deciding factor for sure.

We changed an order on Feb 6th (Friday) and these were major changes. Changed from the non-z51 to a z51 along with some other minor changes.

The revised order is still eligible for price protection.

The DS orange does look nice with the black trim. I miss the Atomic Orange of past it was my favourite orange of the various oranges that Corvette has had. The orange to me looks like the Crystal Red paint, just swapped the pigment from red to orange in the paint.
