I have a 68 roadster and when I activate the headlights, the drivers light comes up in a normal fashion, but the passengers side light holds back, than slams up with great force. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem and what is the solution?

spray all the pivot points and linkages with engine fogging oil. mine freed up nicely, same with the hood latch mechanism and seat tracks. the fogging oil penetrates and also acts as a rust preventative. forget wd40, it's overrated and is really just a water disperser.

No slam ups ,but a delay...ended up lube spraying all connections that move or rotate.
