I am just tall enough (6' 1") that the seat belt pops out of the plastic guide at my left shoulder. I used a product called Shrink Wrap from an electrical supply store. It comes in a grey colour very similar to to plastic guide and in a perfect size so you don't have to apply heat to shrink it to tighten it up. It can be removed and reapplied. I like my solution but am wondering if there is a better one.

Mr Norm read the owners manual the seal belt guide is to be used when there are children sitting in the car that don't use booster seats and for smaller drivers.

Booster seat on the driver side? That is funny, especially since, up until now, I have wondered why the seatbelts do not fit in the guides of each seat!

The seat has a safety belt guide
The safety belt guide helps
position the shoulder belt over
the shoulder and across the
chest of smaller adults and of
older children who have
outgrown booster seats. To use
the safety belt guide, slide the
edge of the belt webbing through
the opening on the guide. Be
sure the belt is not twisted.

2014 Owners manual page 3 -11

I have a friend who is 5 foot or less and he uses a cushion in his 73 coupe just to see over the steering wheel....... maybe I should tell him to use a booster seat....
