Looks like I have been ripped off by Isaac Upshaw ( custom_corvette)

Make the deal for the LS7 he is selling on the this forum , pay him $6000 three weeks ago , all kinds of text messages saying engine is coming , can never produce any tracking , excuses, excuse everyday about why it never shipped or why he has no tracking .

This clown is going to wish he never visited this forum :mad::mad:

If you would like, we can always pass this info on to other web sites that we use. Now that we have the internet, you can run but you can't hide when you rip people off. EVERYONE soon knows about it.
 
I have lots of friends in both high places and low places , you can't hide .

My CC company will refund my money that's no a problem , its the principle of the matter . I am going to fup this clown , he's going to wish he was never born .

Sorry to hear about this Manny.

I've always made it a policy of mine to not ship money to people with "gmail", "hotmail", "yahoo", or whatever. Moreso for the chance that I'd be dealing with a genuine business.

In any case, so far, my Corvette purchase have been legit--through both Manny and others.

I hate hearing stories like this. I'll be cheering for you when we tar and feather this low-life douche-bag.

Nice work on the IP addy............hope he comes back soon and sees this, LOL. This is theft over $5K--capital offence.....
 
probably wouldn't take much to locate a cheap, little, weasel like that.

He's likely hangin' out at the local pub buying rounds for everyone figuring nobody will show up.:nono:

It is a disappointment that someone who is involved in working on Corvettes would do something like this to another shop.

It is even more of a disappointment that someone from out west would undertake such larceny.

I can only hope that through this forum his name and reputation will be destroyed and that he will never have another customer again.

Worst of all is that this crime is perpetrated during a transaction for what must be the worlds best hi performance engine, my beloved LS7..........


I hope you find him with the help of your friends in high places and then go to pay him a visit with your friends in low places.................

I have already been able to find his exact address using the IP address that Riley provided .

The address is located in a house on the main land . I have been able to locate and see it live on google earth. I am just waiting for final confirmation from a contact of mine that has access within his internet service provider . Once that is complete , I will be contacting the RCMP as well as the fraud division of the Vancouver Police . Theft over $5000 is a federal offence . I want to make sure this bum is sent to jail . I will also be contacting the local paper and any news outlet I can reach .

I love the internet , you can run but you can't hide :canada:

I am going to make sure everyone knows exactly who Isaac Upshaw is !

The sneaky little rat will trip up one day, if not sooner, then later and he'll get his just reward.

But I've got a hunch someone will pay a visit in the next little while with a baseball bat and there will be some broken ............................ 'windows'.:D
