Hello William
I assume you have determined that the ECM is absolutely the problem. There is a lot of info on the internet about checking them.

As a start you could try Rock Auto. I have had good luck getting exact AC Delco parts from them. I have found them to have a good selection, even for parts that some suppliers have indicated are "in limited supply". They will quote in Canadian dollars.
I have also had good service from Corvette Central.

You might even try some local auto parts places like Autopro or Napa. Its surprising sometimes at what these places have. Remember, its a corvette and it uses GM parts, so a lot of parts are not rare or hard to find.

Good luck

Is there a problem with your ECM? You could send it for repairs instead of replacing it. I had these guys do this for marine MFI's that I needed repairs to on a boat I was rebuilding. Great service at a good price. And they don't overcharge because it's a Vette! sekraglobal.com
