Back from a wedding at 2:30 am---slept till 4:30 am--loaded up the vette and headed to the annual Reif Winery show---saw lots of the crew kicking around while I was trying to nap in the lawn chair!!

a McLaren showed up!!

Starting to see more and more of the C7--especially with Stan in it!!!

This was a great show. Not just Corvettes, but there sure was a lot of them there. I was told the registration was somewhere around 375 cars. We cruised in about 8:45 with another 7 Vettes. and got a great spot under some trees. Picked up a couple of bottles of Corvette wine, along with some other offerings. Back roads home. Great day,

Excellent pics Willy. Here are some of my pics from REIF today.

Had a great day at the Reif Winery Show. Ended up being a beautiful day. Lots of fantastic cars. And we got there just in time to nab the 2nd best spots on the field. Congrats Corrado on winning one of the raffle prizes.

Great to see ya Willy, Wilf, Sandy, Casey and Brian.

There were lots of people there and good pics were hard to come by, but here are some of the best shots I have. Enjoy.

We stopped just outside of Reif for a pit stop. There was Paul, Corrado, Michael, Jennie, Vicky and myself.

When I say 2nd best, it was because we weren't parked next to the Leguna Blue C7. Otherwise these were the best spots at the show. In front of the main house by the entrance.

Vicky was with us but she had to park on the opposite side.

The Police were out at the show showing off their wares.

Some nice classic Muscle.

Then there were the hotrods, and there was quite a few. Sadly, only a couple pics came out.

A couple of nice potential projects.

And a nice open top touring classic.

The show had plenty of modern day muscle too. Starting off with this McLaren.

I would love to have a collection of all the Corvette Pace Cars. There was a beautiful '78 Pace Car there but I couldn't get a decent picture of. I must have gone back about 4 times to try. Here's the 2007.

But the vehicle of the day, was the Leguna Blue C7 that was on display. Couldn't get any decent pics on the outside as there were just way to many people milling about. Willy managed to snap a pic of me sitting in the car. Thanks Willy.

And I was able to snap a few interior pics. I like the new material and the touring seats are very comfortable. Easy to get in and out of.

Stan.

Good God -- I've just realized the Mclaren 12c that was there. I must have been half asleep when I saw the picture and not realized what it is. I must have skipped over it because it wasn't a particularly pleasing colour (to me).

Quite a mark -- but then it cost about $200k -- I suppose it should be for that money.

I sure hope I get a chance sometime to see one. I'm p'd off that I missed this chance.....oh well ..... maybe next year.....:D

C.

it actually looked really good in person

Those cars were all amazing. The charger and challenger made me drool own the keyboard a little!

That was a slick looking C7. We're the seats as thin as the pictures made them look?
