The McLaren got 0 to 60 times of 3.4 and 3.1, also less than its advertised 2.7. So perhaps it was the track, outside temperature or the location (in relation to sea level) that slowed them down. Regardless, there’s no doubt the McLaren is more light weight, higher HP and track-focused and at more than 2.5X the price, it wasn’t a surprising result IMO. Still fun to watch. I loved the McLaren launch control dashboard change. It reminded me of the James Bond submersible car. Thanks for posting this.
