Only ever took my car out of the garage once in the winter. Took a HUGE effort to get it back in. I guess it is tires but I still question why.

Very inspirational not addressing the dirt/salt. I have been washing mine periodically, but will stop. Too cold to wash so how long will it stay like that?

How are the Snow Tires on the C8? Or are those the NEW Michelin All Season they made for the C8?
Ya, the All seasons. They are good on dry, though salty, roads

Till it's warm. ;) We don't usually drive it on wet roads, but we got caught thinking the roads were dry, but they weren't. I hate washing this car. Too many nooks and crannies. but we won't save this car for the next guy.

Yes they are….
What fun is having a car you can only enjoy for 5 or 6 months of the year?
Once salt is on the roads it's there until it rains or a long period of no snow.

You just need to change rides and have a different kind of fun for the other 8 months of the year!

Enjoy the winter driving Murray - you are the man!

A Vette is a Chevrolet - designed for all seasons we have in North America. They are extensively tested in winter conditions and have available Micheline snow tires of the correct size. Aluminum, plastic, carbon fibre, stainless steel and fiberglass do not rust due to salt. My 2019 GS vert sees snow, slush and when it is just too dirty it enjoys a bath in a touchless car wash. There is as much and maybe more fun driving this car in winter than in summer. Nothing like a few donuts in an empty snowy parking lot. Was out the other day and the temperature on the dash showed -23. Just loved it - beautiful sunny day driving my beautiful Corvette - warm and toasty on the inside. Sure helps to beat the covid blues. But today we had 30 cm's of fresh snow and my baby stays in the garage until the roads are plowed.

Just came back from grocery run in c8 with winter Alpin 4A tires on stock oem black tridents-put it in "weather" mode and no problems and I live in Horseshoe Valley area so definitely snow belt- 4c with 60++ cm on the ground and roads- got car as all season so only car I own so drive it all year round-no problems so far-as good as any 4 wheel drive I have had given my driving needs. 2021 HTC LT3 Comp seats-all the spoilers, splitters, front lift in ELB-(high wing and carbon steering wheel on order) etc. So far very happy with C8 as daily driver given that daily driver is self selective .

With 60++ cm of snow on the road, it's a good thing you got the front lift...

Ok ok road was ploughed and actually pretty clear on main roads so 60cm was in fields. . And yes have front lift but if snow is that deep I will just stay home-perk of being old retired guy.
