Question about what a dealer can see in Workbench

Hope all is well with you.

I'm trying to figure out what kind of information a dealer can give from Workbench and at what level.
If you would be so kind as to answer some questions.
When can a dealer see a vin on an order?
Can a dealer tell what status code an order is at?
Can a dealer see the TPW of an order?
The concierge can get the TPW when at, I think, 3000 Can a dealer?

Hey Murray,

The dealership can see the VIN when the VIN is produced by production. It typically happens after the build has been completed. For the early 2020 Corvettes, it was happening early for some reason.

The dealership can see what event # the order is at, at all times.

The dealership can see the TPW when one is assigned.

The TPW is really up in the air right now. Usually, it's available at Event 3000, like you said, but with the giant mess going on, even if you have a TPW now, it is subject to change at any time.
