If $5700 is only for the front end and mirrors and only PPF, that's +++++ high. You should consider doing more than just the front end/mirrors unless you're worried about timing and only want the basics done, for your trip back to BC. Many people apply PPF to their C8 to the following locations shown in blue:

This gives you protection from rocks/debris being kicked back from your tires as well. I had my C8 both PPF'd (as shown above, plus the A-pillars and above the windshield too) and ceramic coated for half of the $5,700 you were quoted but that was admittedly at a business run out of a home garage with no overhead (see my earlier post on this thread)...but it was a good job nonetheless. But  price also depends on whether you're getting all the edges wrapped (ie. no pre-cut templates which will leave a slight gap) and the type of ceramic coating/warranty offered. For you getting it done in Edmonton then taking it back to BC, coming back for any warranty work will be a challenge. Good luck!
