Power steering delete

Not on purpose!:D

I know this is not the point of the post, but could I ask why you would like to go with manual steering? Is is for the road feel or to get more hp to the ground? or both?

aren't our 'vettes electric power steering now -- so no hp loss?

Would be heavy without it I would think.

C.

Been lookin' around where the catch can goes (only the instructions) and it sure looks like a pump reservoir close-by.....so not sure about electric steering on our 'vettes.
The parasitic loss of a pump would be minimal at worst.

Miggs , if you want to have better track feel , ditch the factory suspension and let us install a set of coil-overs and swaybars that will give the control out on the track .

I have installed many of these and fantastic results .

My own personal Vette has them and when driven a few years ago at Mosport by the CND formula 2000 champ , he was amazed at the cornering and grip of the suspension .

Haha Manny who says i have a factory set up anymore ;) , i threw in eibach r2's last year, eibach sway bars, corbeau seats , rails , harness's and harness bar. Front splitter is being put on before spring and will be ordering the APR wing in a month or 2.

Sounds good , now have you had the car corner weighted ?
