Actually I read the Optima info about a month ago as I knew I needed a new battery .Not that they didn't have some good points but I went the cheap route at the local parts store .The battery I bought exceeds the original Delco by a fair margin.

Think of all the batteries you've bought over your lifetime and other than going dead what other issues have you had ???.

I am thinking of replacing my C7's battery next summer with a lithium ion Braille. I know it's expensive, but it's also about 30 lbs lighter and from what I understand, it doesn't discharge when left standing.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
