Hello there,

We are professional detailers working in the Ottawa and Gatineau region. We wanted to do more then just post pictures of our work, so we opted to give a list of the products and tools used so that some of you DIY could utilize a professional approach.

The exterior paint on this vehicle is quite honestly not that fun to work with. It can be very difficult at times, and get very frustrating. For this type of paint, we used a line of Menzerna polishing and compound products combined with some lake country pads. The exterior had some good scuffing on the driver's side, alone with your common swirl marks. Instead of jumping straight to wet sanding, we started off with PG1000, and worked our way with SF2500 along with a combination of yellow, orange to white pads. You can see the results are stunning!

**A good tip would always be to start with the least aggressive method possible, as there would be no going back if a mistake was made.

Before and After of the interior vomit removal. (Yes, we do that too!)

Finished Exterior after almost 20 hours... We have to we were more then happy with the finished product. Our client could not believe the difference. The words we love to hear, "It looks better then when i first got it".

Just clicked on one of the pics and cruised through your flickr before and afters. That corvette was, to say the least, a bit unkempt. Nice work.
