Oops, I Did It Again!

The Cats out of the Bag! Spence (@SN-III) is Very Observent. He spotted My Sebring Orange ‘19 GS, this weekend, in the ‘used’ part of Northgate’s Dealership. I just Traded it in, Friday-21 Dec. Bored with the ‘16 Stingray. I ordered the GS. Then the ZR1 comes out. By the time I convinced the Missus, they were All Sold out (almost got Vancouver’s ZR1 S.Orange Convert.). Oh well. Loss more $$$ ( pix-picking up the GS), but Saved BIG on an ‘end of the year’ price, and bought their (Northgate’s) ‘19 Sebring Orange Z06! 2lt. Carbon Fibre exposed, throughout. Regular Black seats/interior.
Did I Do the Right Thing??

I was at Northgate just after lunch on Dec 21st. I had no idea how “fresh” it was parked there and should have put my hand on the hood as it woulda likely still been warm ... I just missed you I guess ... my eyebrows did raise when I saw it (took a photo)

Then I kept checking out the rest of the Corvette Candy and did see this

But I did not think to go closer to read this ...

Congrats Curtis ... I was there to actually visit the preowned 2017 Sterling Blue Metallic Z06 that I struggle to get out of my mind as it was originally brought in with the Sterling Blue Stingray that we bought for my Wife .... it’s sitting and waiting against the back wall

Willing to Swap out the Z06’s ‘Flash’ Black, for ALL the GS’s Carbon Fibre Exposed (including the Removable Hard Top) & All Orange parts
650hp Bumped to 661hp with Help from the New Cold Intake-Cooool ‘Jake’ Housing!
Had 2900km, Now I start with 6km!! Mmmm, New Car Smell...
Cons:
BLACK Calipers! Boo Loved My ‘16 Orange/‘19 Red!!!
Lost another $24k in trading up
Black Bucket Seats (loved my Kalahari Competition seats). Would have Loved w/Orange Stitching, at least!!
LOVE Jake, but, I loss the GS’s Carbon Exposed Hood

I'd be tempted to match the rockers. Or if you think you may start doing a 'Derek' and carbon fibering everything except the windshield, then certainly go for the CF exposed hash marks. And I think they would look great; GS or not.

Maybe go with the same black that is on you hood Jake logo.
Nothing wrong with the hash marks on a Z06. After all... you paid for it so make it what you like.
