After looking at the news and the snow in London, am I ever glad that I live where I do. We're far enough east that we don't get much if any of the lake effect snow. We got a light dusting that doesn't even begin to cover the grass. Just enough for the salt trucks to be out spoiling any chance of getting a few more miles on the car before winter. Looking at the good side of it all, this has given me a chance to get the car in good shape. With a good wax job over the next couple of days, it's time to hook up the C-Tek and put the cover on the car for the last time this year. :( With any kind of luck we could be out on the road again in a little over four months. :seeya: A few airport lunches should shorten the winter up considerably. December 15 anyone?

We've been getting dumped on here since about 1pm today and it is still coming. Dauhgter's classes were let out early due to the weather. I'm sitting in car right now and can barely see a block up the street. We must have about 6 inches on the ground since Saturday.

Uggg, Greg. You think Wednesday is feasible? The end of the week looks much better than the middle.

Wednesday is the only day I have this week. Next chance is December 13th when I can get the car hauler and we're both off. If it's bad we won't go obviously. Weather here today looks like the middle of January. Looks like another heavy winter just like last year. :(

ORRRR, we can get together on the 19th. Let's do it. Our son's birthday is on the 20th. Dave says famine all year then a pile of birthday and Christmas presents within a week, all or nothing. ;) SIXTY??? I was already in school when you were born. :)

I was having a severe case of cabin fever today. I was in town, so I stopped in to see if Kent would like to go down to the airport for lunch. Needless to say, I didn't have to ask twice. This could be an awfully looooooooooooooong winter. Cabin fever doesn't normally set in until February. :(
