Well, they changed it out in 45 minutes.The service adviser popped the hood when I got there and said, look it doesn't say Mobil 1 on the filler cap. I said your right, no idea why it doesn't, might be a good idea to change it, since GM has a bulletin stating that the Corvette dry sumps get Mobil 1. He went to his terminal and checked and said yup. After the oil change the service manager came to me and said he adviser put the wrong part number on for the oil change. I said both of you got it wrong and both of departments should have know better.Makes you wonder sometimes.
