Which dealer is telling you those lies? Dealers have received allocation last Thursday, and are getting more next Thursday.

My dealer said he got 8 allocations for January and is expecting the same next month. This is higher than normal. I think GM is reluctant to ship to Canada in the winter as the Michelins do not like freezing weather and moving the car with them frozen does risk damage.

January allocations have been handed out already. Some dealers received a large amount relative to their sales and some did not.

Next allocation window is the 2nd Thursday in February so Feb. 17th.

Brian Cullen in St. Catharines. they are supposedly the 2nd largest dealer in Canada!!

I’m on the waiting list at Brian Cullen as well, was told by my sales person they got 8 allocations this month.

Last spring dealers in Canada were "loaded up" with allocations in February and March so I'm hopeful we'll see increased allocations in Feb and March.

Plus with the 2022 order cut off being March 17th it does bode well for spring and summer CDN deliveries.

I'm in Calgary as well and the dealership that I've been dealing with told me the same.

No allocation for me for January.

I'm with Brian Cullen as well and have been on the list since April 2021. I'm in the upper sixties. Looks like a 2023 for me. I'm sure there is no way there getting 60 plus allocations by April.

I wonder whether the dealers that got "0" allocation are the ones that have been selling for $thousands over MSRP?

Not the dealership that I’m dealing with. They are selling at MSRP.

That policy is targeted more towards the US dealers I believe. I've not heard of any Ontario dealers over list but have read about Alberta and BC dealers on this forum.

The lack of allocations isn't that shocking considering our winter and approaching the end of 22 production. I'm happy to be moving to a 23 order...
