GT74R here saying hello.
New to forums so hopefully I am in the right place. I have owned my 74 stingray Convertible for 37 years having bought it from the original owner in 1984. I was a member of the CCC west for over 20 years and then life got in the way.
It has had one body off that I did back in 1987 when I got bored one winter and has run pretty much stock since then. I did swap out the turbo 400 for a 700r4 from an 87 corvette in 1994 and am just finishing a Borgeson steering install
now . Living on Vancouver island for the last 5 years has given me the urge to get it back on the road this spring and then hopefully replace the front and rear urethane original bumper with the flex fiberglass.
Hopefully there will be some help out there for an old guy back playing with the toy with lots of questions.Looking forward to meeting like minded Corvette enthusiasts again.
