New Front Facia

Got backed into with a hole pushed into the centre of the front facia. A silver bra would do to cover up the smallish hole but I would like to eventually replace the facia entirely. I would be interested in a used one if available. Didn't come up with anything on Kijiji yet but sometimes that is just a matter of using the right words. It is a base 2005 C6, not a GS or Z06. Thanks in advance. Manny my old buddy, old pal, old friend......... One more thing, can you get the bras in silver vinyl. It would blend in a little better that way. They are kind of homely at the best of times.

That sucks Keith. Hope you can find some parts to fix it as good as new.

I recently heard of a Corvette scrap yard on Highway 9. Just a guys name for the business as I recall, cannot remember it now.

Found it. Caledon Corvette Parts and the guys name is Santos. Highway 9 near 50 no signage just a Corvette flag.

Also this site is very good. I find sometimes I search for say a hood or engine to find a place with a whole car. If you click the pictures at the side you will find a whole album vs just the part in the picture. You can search by distance to find local yards.This is the old wrecking yard satellite system, now using internet.

Keith if you haven't found a front facia yet why not get it repaired, a lot of shops are repairing them and it's impossible to tell, much easier than replacing, just a thought.

I'm on good terms with the local GM dealership parts guys. Got the new factory facia for less than half of list price. I'm going with that and will have them repair the damage to the old one and sell it in primer for the next guy.
