New FOB

Hi, just bought a 2015 Stingray and it only came with one FOB. Can we program a second one ourselves or is that a dealer only function? Ant issues with buying a used fob just to have a spare?

Hi Tony.
Congratulations on your new ride.
I believe the FOB will be a dealer event for you. They have to program it from what I’ve read.
Not like the good old days when all we had to do is put the receiver into program mode and push some FOB buttons.
Bring your check book too as it’s not a cheap experience.
Let us know if you find a different way.

$ 120.00 from Amazon. Read your owner's manual for free reprogramming.

Local dealer priced me one programmed and taxes for just shy of $300.....I took it!
