First in a series of polls, idea is to vote on suggested feature improvements for the CCF forums.

I've compiled a list of 4 fresh features that are doable. If you have suggestions feel free to post them. The winning feature of the poll gets implemented first, the rest will be prioritized accordingly if at all wanted.

Tapatalk:
Support tapatalk app for mobile

Live Chat:
Support real-time live chat between users and user groups who are online, these are separate from forum posts though they can be posted in full to a new forum thread.

Contests:
Picture/Album contests, monthly, weekly with millions in fame and fortune at stake

Usergroup forums:
Gives users with more seniority ability to create and manage their own sub-forums/groups under a special category. Note this is not for vendors or businesses. Things like interest groups, bikers, track day groups, HDRs etc. It's a way to cut down on very long almost persistent threads (that can be replaced by a sub-forum/group). User groups are based on pre-approval by mods.

You can make 2 choices in this poll and poll is open for 7 days.

Thanks for taking part.

Im gonna jump in here with an opinion and that would be not to have live chat. If you want to chat live, pm and have someone call you. There is no quicker way to watch a site go dead than live chat because posts drop drastically. When posts drop drastically, Google doesnt have new posts to rank and Google love drops drastically. When Googles attention drops significantly (as it will because now posting has dropped), the website has lost its lifeline and nobody can find the site suddenly but its members.

Been there, seen that first hand...

I thought about that also, idea would be to persist the chat to a thread. It's sort of a public chat room with a history. Needs some thought for sure.
