Guess I missed something Derek..... My point was, in my opinion (for what that's worth) the Camaro cannot "achieve the level of performance we are use to in the C7"... power possibly, but performance is not only power.... performance to me is the way I feel when I walk up to my Corvette and know this ride is mine.., the way the seat grabs me when I get in and spin into the drive position.... the smile that comes to my face as I'm pushing the start button and know I am about to drive a true sports car.... the way the car....just feels....,the way the car just...makes me feel,... the way people look at the car...the thumbs up at almost every traffic light.... the way the camaro and mustang drivers rev the hell out of their engines when they see a Corvette.... the way the car just......feels... (I know.... I already said that)........ There's a lot more but that was my point.... I didn't want a pony car... I wanted the performance of a sports car.... I wanted something the camaro doesn't stand a chance of achieving... at least not for me...
