Trying to help a friend who recently bought a 2003 that the dealer didn’t/wouldn’t/couldn’t provide an owners manual for.

More than most likely. They'll do just about anything for a price. A whole manual might be expensive though.
Everything is digital now. Pick the pages that are relevant to your "needs' and print only those if you want paper.

Corvette Central has them, but $85 US. Maybe google other sources such as GM Heritage, try even a google search for "2003 Corvette Owners Manual", Sometimes these things show up on EBay etc.

Seen a few on eBay at various price levels. The person I’m helping wants “just like mine” but at $150-300 US that hurts. Something from a dismantled would be ideal. Don’t loose yours!

Well finally after rerouting to a fiend in Buffalo the last 03 Owners Manual that Corvette Central had arrived 1at our Post Office about 1month after initial order. All in about $120 Cdn. Package clearly stated REPRODUCTION. and surprisingly was black&white- no color pics. But better than no manual. Recipient is happy

I would have to have a look at my manual but I don't think there were any colour pics in at all. Glad you were able to find a suitable one for your buddy.
