Junior Johnson, the son of a North Carolina bootlegger who became one of the first superstars of NASCAR in the 1950s and 1960s, has died. He was 88.

Absolutely a Legend.....
They wrote a book about him that became a movie.
’The Last American Hero’
He brought WINSTON to the NASCAR owners.
Used to run ’shine’ in the early days. Got arrested a couple of times.
Was originally a driver in the series and later as an owner trained the best DW, etc.

RIP Junior.
