My Aspiration

My buddy Tinman has been hassling me to sign up over here and introduce myself, so here goes.

I'm sure every one of us had a bunch of car posters in our rooms when we were kids, and where most had pictures of Lamborghinis, Ferraris, and Porsches, mine were of Corvettes. I've been obsessed with them since I was a child, and promised myself that I would get one for my 25th birthday. Well, life is tough and priorities change, and I didn't meet my goal. After many years of saving and looking for just the right car, I finally bought my 2006 Z51 in 2013.

This is My Aspiration.

Hey.... Welcome to the forum.... Your SS was a beauty and so is your Z51. The blue is a sweet colour too.... I missed seeing the chase of Don's ZR1.... wasn't it your group that got lost on the way.. ?.... lol....

It has enough Vette content to qualify.

I was at the end of the pack so that all the Corvettes could stay together. I knew that we were supposed to be going down to Highway 12, so I was in the wrong lane when everyone got off at 2A. I actually had to turn around further down the highway and catch up! lol.

Sweet...you made it on here bud!! Get that car in the shop soon...it idles pretty rough bahahaha. I guess I should get some ear plugs if I am going to go for a cruise with you too lol. Nice pics btw..don't think I've seen those.

Thanks guys, the Trailblazer is a hoot. The C4 ZR1 is a dream car from my teen years, the fastest of the fast of its time, the King Of The Hill, and the first Corvette to ever be considered a world-class supercar. What an absolute thrill to be able to hang with one. That is a very special car, it's like a hero to me. lol.

Very nice! I really like the blue with the black wheels. Very sharp! I can't say that I don't like your Trailblazer SS either. They are a serious SUV. I'm sure you'very surprised a few people with that.
