So my unprofessional opinion is that they are SNAKE OIL.

The AC 43N plugs were still doing fine in our old L78 Chevelle after 30K miles. Two boxes of eight cost all of $8 at a swap meet. I think a lot of this fancy spark plug stuff is nothing more than a con job. Different oils for every application imaginable. Same with antifreeze. People seem to eat this stuff up. There, now I feel better.
