The backrest of the seats is adjustable but I was not steep enough.
Unhealthy posture because the shoulder did not touch.
For the stop of the rest, 8 mm bolts are installed.
I slide on these bolts stirrups made of steel 4 x7 mm and secure this with a split pin of 1 mm welding wire.
The headrest is 80 mm further forward.
The adjustability of the seats is not affected by this and can be reversed by pulling the split pin.

Hallo C4 Gemeinde
Die Rückenlehne der sitze ist verstellbar war mir aber nicht steil genug.
Ungesunde Sitzhaltung weil die Schulter nicht anlag.
Für den Anschlag der lehne sind 8 mm bolzen verbaut.
Ich schiebe auf diese bolzen Bügel aus stahl 4 x7 mm und sichere diese mit einem Splint aus 1 mm Schweißdraht.
Die Kopfstütze kommt dadurch 80 mm weiter nach vorne.
Die Verstellbarkeit der sitze wird dadurch nicht beeinträchtigt und kann durch ziehen des Splintes rückgängig gemacht werden.
