lower tensioner bearing replacement

I'm needing to replace the bearing in my lower tensioner. Any pearls of wisdom to help me out with this? Should I also be replacing the same size pulley that is just a couple of inches higher. (not talking about the upper one right next to the rad hose) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Fairly easy , just a bit of a tight area to work. Replace it with the same size pulley.
