Hi Guys

Looking for some input on some changes I want to make on my C5Z just for reference it is currently bone stock. I am sourcing these parts from Texas speed they seem to be a good one stop shopping choice. I intend to do the work myself as I am relatively handy with a wrench. I an hoping to get input from someone who is more experienced with performance modding. Please let me know if any one sees some glaring errors or mismatched parts. Thanks in advance

I would bug AlbertaZ06 by sending him a message. He seems to do quite a bit of work to his Z.
Also maybe try Jetz. Man, his car is gorgeous. I don’t know if he’s still listed as a member on here but another lovely C5Z is owned by Touque.

The oil pump debate is strong. Contact Melling and talk to the guys there unless you're 100% confident in your decision. Consider an upgraded oil gallery "dog bone" while your at it. they're pretty cheap.

The risk is (as I’m sure you know) pumping the sump dry. I’d its a tight engine it shouldn’t be required. I have a 2.5qt oil cooler so more pressure is required.
