I noticed that on my C5 Z06 the front studs are about a quarter inch or so longer than the rear studs. Why is this? Anyway, I got new wheels for it and found that the regular 1.4" lug nuts would not work (they actually broke when the stud popped out the end). I found some White Knight 1907SL lugs that are 1.75" so that would do the trick. I found some at a local wheel/tire shop but this is what they look like:

12X1.5 Bulge Acorn Long Lug Nut 1.75'' Tall 3/4'' Hex 60 Degree Chrome

The 1907SL is a little longer than they needed to be but they worked great. Still can't figure out why mine has the front studs longer than the rear. Had stock wheels so not required for a spacer or something like that. Maybe they were just swapped out to put stronger ones in and the length was different?
